A shadowy group of French winemakers known as the CRAV (Languedoc-Roussillon’s Comité Régionale d’Action Viticole) put on masks and took up sledgehammers and axes to attack and set fire to the offices and the warehouse of one of France’s largest wine companies.  The winemakers are protesting the importation of vast amounts of cheap Spanish wine and the attempt to pass that wine off as French wine.  Details of the attack and France 3’s footage of the attack can be seen >>here<<.
