What better a way to kick off 2018 than a wine dinner featuring the wines of Campania and a tasting menu created especially by Chef Maurizio Ferrarese for the occasion.

At Sud Italia, the focus is the cuisine of Southern Italy. And so it only makes sense that their wine program would be anchored around the wonderful wines of the south, including the wines of Campania (the “shin” of Italy’s “boot”).

From its fresh white wines like Falanghina to age-worthy reds like Aglianico, Campania is one of Italy’s unsung heroes of fine wine.

On January 24 Sud Italia will be presenting a flight of top wines from the region and Chef Maurizio will fashion food pairings to highlight the character of these extraordinary bottlings.
